The original owner was born in 1931, so she would have been 13 years old in 1943. These date to between 1945 and 1954 The metal bottoms are marked Chicago Roller Skate Co. Ware Bros. Made in USA 4. The metal box is in good used condition and is marked Eagle Lock Co. It measures 14.5" x 10.5" x 5.5".
