    PHILIPPINES 1941 (1943) ONE PESO TREASURY CERTIFICATE BUREAU OF ENGRAVING & PRINTING PROCESSED NOTE E6080424E P-89b PCGS F15
    Very historic note. This note was processed by US Bureau of Engraving and Printing to look old to avoid detection by Japanese forces of a new money being released in circulation.  The highest known graded is VF 35 by PMG. Mostly you see these notes in VG condition. This F15 grade is considered a high grade for this issue.
