From 2006 and is expired and may need some updates or re-certifications to use
I am marking this as "for parts or not working" since I have not personally used this.  I did open the valve and let out all the air as required for shipment.
This is sold AS IS with no guarantees or returns.
Is in good shape physically and shows minor use.  This comes with everything you see pictured.

cheaper or offers better service for the destination.   With some
heavy items we try to use flat rate boxes but, they do not always
fit in these size boxes. We do put tracking #s on all of our items.
We have a 3 business day handling time from time payment has
cleared. Please pay for your items as soon as possible. I have a
setting on my account to open an unpaid item case automatically on
items not paid for within 4 days of item's end time. Please keep in
mind that our shipping and handling costs are to cover the price of
shipping AND handling. There are other costs that come with
preparing and packaging items other than the price at the post office.
RETURN POLICY: I do have no a no return policy unless otherwise
stated.  If you have any issues
with your items please contact us and
give us a chance to fix the problem BEFORE leaving negative or poor
feedback. Those who do not give us the chance to correct a problem
or follow our policy will be banned and blocked from further bidding.
