    Intricate and beautiful wind up tape measure.
    This is a vintage Metal Tape Measure in the form of a Water Mill, a rarity 4 in the Arbittier Morphy Book. The tape pulls out and retracts the Water wheel moves when tape is pulled. Measures about 1 3/4" wide x 1 3/4" tall.
